Meet your guide
Hi, I’m Laura, mum to three boys, wife, transformational healer, and founder of Sound Healing Hearts.
My journey into this work wasn’t planned; it was born through lived experience. After the sudden loss of my dad in 2023, I found myself navigating deep grief, reflection, and healing. That season invited me to look inward, to tend to old wounds, soften long-held patterns, and reconnect with my heart.
Through my own healing, I helped myself fine tune my purpose: to help other women do the same.
I am a transformational healer, and my work is deeply heart-led. I believe we are often carrying more than our own stories, inherited patterns of abandonment, loss, and emotional survival. My purpose is to support women in becoming the cycle breakers in their families, alchemising grief and pain into freedom, joy and success.
Through sound healing I invite people into a safe space to explore stillness, their connection with themselves and begin to heal gently. HeartHealing™ is the next step where we go deeper into connecting with your heart, guiding you to heal yourself by uncovering hidden wounds your mind has chosen to hide from you to keep you safe.
I help women who are fed up with playing small to break old cycles and reconnect with who they truly are. The work we do together isn’t just for you, it ripples outward to your children, your relationships, and the world around you.
